Palm2Palm is a family run care agency, which delivers high quality care for individuals who wish to stay in their own homes. We believe continuity of care is necessary to build a strong relationship between yourself and the carer. Palm2Palm’s carers are fully trained, competent and confident in the care they deliver. Our carers promote independence and understand the importance of person centred care.
